Description of the Service

X2GO is an AI agent in Telegram that performs tasks at your request and, with your permission, connects to external services (including Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets) to help you with routine work.

Account and eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old, and you are responsible for actions taken through your Telegram account and connected services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, attempts to bypass security restrictions, or excessive load on the infrastructure.

Third-party services

By connecting third-party services (such as Google), you authorize the Service to access them on your behalf within the granted permissions. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

Subscription and payment

Personal plans (for example, $99 and $199 per month) are billed monthly. Current prices and limits are listed on the website or communicated when you connect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and the X2GO brand belong to FLIVIO OÜ. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond the right to use the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." Because responses are generated by artificial intelligence, they may contain errors; important results should be verified. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLIVIO OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
